Asheville Pelvic Health is a specialty pelvic health PT and OT clinic nestled in the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains of Asheville, North Carolina. Our team delivers pelvic floor therapy how it is meant to be; with the highest quality, full hour 1:1 treatment sessions in a calm, spa-like environment. We help people with everything from urinary incontinence to pudendal neuralgia and we do it with empathy, compassion and top notch clinical excellence. We believe in figuring out the "why" behind our patient’s symptoms so that we can help them get rid of symptoms in the short run and truly improve their lives for the long term. Someone might come to us because they are having some leakage with sneezing and they might leave us being able to run that marathon that they never thought they would be able to. ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a physical or occupational therapist you'll assess and treat women and men with pelvic floor dysfunction and related total body conditions by pulling in your orthopedic skills, bedside manner and empathy, manual therapy, motivational interviewing, nervous system integration, exercise knowledge, pain science skills and more! Don't worry, we have a robust mentorship program so that if there is anything that you don't feel confident in, you will soon! You'll have full hour sessions with clients and have time blocked for monthly case reflection, group and individual mentorship. There are also quarterly clinical deep dives, clinical collectives with other providers, 1 conference/ year, continuing education and team building. You'll document, sure, but it's quick and only the things that are necessary for us and the patient, no catering to insurance companies.

We're looking for a full time (32-40 hours/ week) therapist. Open to new grads or more experienced clinicians. Competitive salary, continuing education, mentorship of someone with 10+ years experience in pelvic health, PTO and Holidays, wellness stipend, and more!
